Sune oversees daily operations, investment strategy, and real estate transactions for investors. Sune has a consultant background from Deloitte and McKinsey and spent 5½ years with Nrep in various transaction and leadership roles, most recently as Head of Living, covering investment strategy, portfolio management and asset management of Nrep’s residential activities across all markets in Europe.

Rasmus serves as CFO and apply his strong background within auditing and accounting to enhance financial reporting and valuation. Rasmus brings valuable experience from EY, where he served as an auditor and advisor for a wide portfolio of both Danish and International real estate investors for more than 7 years. His time at EY and at BoStad provides solid experience in due diligence, financial reporting, and management of complex real estate portfolios.
